History

Automated Systems Consulting (ASC) opened its doors in 1993.  Our founder, Shawn Sutterer, saw a desperate need for a company like ASC due to the lack of client-focused, customer service driven IT providers within the Columbia area.

Our goal was to bring full-service IT capabilities to small and medium sized businesses.  We wanted to provide them with a networking and computer sales, support and installation company they could partner with to help grow their business.  Most importantly, we wanted to develop a reputation of providing IT solutions built on trust, personal relationships and exceptional service that would spread through the community by word of mouth……. and it has.  ASC has grown tremendously, working with hundreds of clients in Columbia and beyond.
